Day 3 – Lincoln Rock to Coulee City
Lincoln Rock to Coulee City – 59 miles
Rising early, on the third day riders travel 6 miles north along the Columbia River before turning east and climbing the 7-mile Orondo Grade. Upon reaching the summit it is an easy ride coasting down into the community of Waterville.
In recent years at the Waterville SAG stop, we have enjoyed delicious homemade cinnamon rolls.
The ride continues across central Washington via Highway 2. Grand geological formations fill out the rest of the day as the road passes through Moses Coulee and past Dry Falls into Coulee City.
